Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

• Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and we issue a booking reference (shown in your confirmation and usable at /booking).
• Prices are typically listed per person and may vary by group size (see the tour's price tiers). Currency is shown on each tour page; payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
• What's included/excluded is shown on each tour page under "What's Included". Some tours include hotel pickup (often within Port of Spain area); if pickup is not included, a meeting point will apply.

2. Eligibility, Ages & Group Size

• Minimum group size and maximum group size vary by tour; see the tour page ("Group size" / "Important Information").
• Age requirements are shown on each tour (e.g., adults 12+, children within listed age ranges). Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Some tours have specific restrictions (e.g., zipline minimum height/maximum weight; not recommended for pregnancy, back or heart conditions). Always review the tour's "Policies" and "What to Wear/Bring".

3. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Adventure activities may include hiking on uneven terrain, swimming, kayaking, boat rides, or ziplining. You accept inherent risks and agree to follow all safety instructions from your guide.
• You are responsible for assessing your fitness and disclosing relevant medical conditions. We may decline participation if safety could be compromised.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow instructions—without refund where safety is at risk.

4. Start Times, Pickup & No‑Shows

• Start times are listed on each tour page. Be ready at the confirmed pickup point or meeting point before the stated time.
• If hotel pickup is included, it is generally within specified areas (often Port of Spain); outside areas may require a meeting point or added arrangements.
• No‑shows or late arrivals that miss the departure may be treated as a used service and may not be eligible for refund.

5. Changes & Cancellations by You

• To cancel or request changes, use your booking reference at /booking. You may provide an optional reason for cancellation.
• Each tour may state its own cancellation window (e.g., free cancellation up to a certain time). If a tour specifies a policy on its page, that policy applies.
• Where a tour does not specify a cancellation policy, contact us. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us

• We may modify, postpone, or cancel a tour due to weather, safety, operational issues, guide availability, site closures, or if minimum group size is not met.
• Where we cancel, we will offer a reschedule or a refund. If a portion of the itinerary cannot be operated, we may provide an alternative of similar value when feasible.

7. Personal Property

You are responsible for your belongings during the tour. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless required by law.

8. Photos & Media

Ask your guide if you wish to take photos/videos at specific stops. Where sites have their own rules (e.g., religious or cultural sites), you must follow posted restrictions. We will not use your identifiable image for marketing without appropriate permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Trinidad & Tobago law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural events, third‑party actions).

10. Complaints

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, unless otherwise required by law.
